"Escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains" at Rivermont Cottage, Treetops Lodge, Hemlock Chalet or the 12th Tee Lodge. We are constantly told by our guests that our homes are so much nicer than they appear in the photos. We welcome you to stay and see for yourself.

     2010 Rental Rates

  • Cleaning before and after your stay is included.
  • Maximum number of guests at each house is 8 people, except Rivermont with a maximum of 5.
  • A 3-night weekend is any 3 nights including a Saturday night stayover.

Rental Policies

  • Minimum Charge for a stay is 3 Nights as above. If you wish to stay for 1 or 2 nights, the Minimum 3-Night charge applies.
  • Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 pm.
  • Check-out:  Anytime before 11:00 am. 
  • No smoking inside
  • Good pets OK with approval. Must be on flea control. Maximum: 2 small (under 20 pounds) dogs or one large dog.
  • 50% deposit and signed contract to reserve dates 
  • No parties
  • Refunds for cancellations 30 days or more from rental start date
  • No refunds for cancellations within 30 days. You may wish to purchase travel insurance in case you need to cancel. Here is one example you may wish to consider:

  • Large parties may rent 2 or more houses-- all are in same neighborhood. Respect the stated capacity of each house:   Rivermont Cottage 5 people, all other houses 8 people including children. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not inquire asking for an exception and Do NOT arrive with more people: you will absolutely be evicted with no refund. No parties, weddings or gatherings. Maximum capacity based on septic systems. 
  • Our published rates are the rates we actually charge. There are no discounts to these rates. Discounts are based on length of your stay-- the longer you stay the lower your nightly rate.
